As every year since 1963, the Domaine de Riva Bella remains open year-round. The 4-star services and accommodations are thus available throughout the year, with certain services having specific opening days!

Can you tell us more about the Camping Village Domaine de Riva Bella?
The Camping Village Domaine de Riva Bella is a holiday destination for everyone, nestled in the heart of 79 hectares of nature, directly by the sea, on the edge of the Terrenzana pond, with the backdrop of the high peaks of the Corsican mountains. The domain is open all year round, without any interruption. Since 1963, we have maintained this tradition, thus offering our visitors 4-star services and accommodations available throughout the year. You can also find our history by clicking on this link! In summer, we have the particularity of being a naturist site, and between November 5th and April 1st, swimsuits must be worn! There are very few domains open all year round! Can you explain this choice?
With pleasure! We are proud to be one of the few 4-star campsites in Corsica to remain open all year round. This decision stems from our desire to promote Corsica as a destination suitable for all four seasons, to spread out the seasonality, and to offer an authentic experience to our national and international clients. We are also delighted to be able to accommodate the island's residents. Remaining open all year round is also important to us because it generates employment throughout the year and helps to boost the local economy.

What makes Domaine de Riva Bella unique as a wellness destination in Corsica all year round?
We offer a complete range of accommodations with around ten different types of bungalows, villas, and chalets to accommodate couples, families, groups of friends, etc. We also have numerous camping pitches with electricity and free HD fiber wifi. On-site, you will find the largest Spa & Thalassotherapy Center in Upper Corsica, open during the low season from Friday to Monday evening (except during the closing months), and a hair salon open all year round. Throughout the year, we offer our clients free sports activities with a coach. Our all-inclusive packages include accommodation, thalassotherapy treatments, sports sessions, and meals, thus offering our clients a complete wellness experience. And a quirky extra for both kids and adults, you can stroll through the llama and donkey park all year round.
During the high season, many additional services are available: Kids Club, archery lessons, pottery, watercolor classes, live music concerts, yoga classes, etc.

You will enjoy a more authentic experience with quieter, wilder, and more secretive periods than during the summer season.
Many clients, for example, come to spend the end-of-year holidays at Domaine de Riva Bella. Imagine yourself on December 25th, heading to the free sauna, plunging into the sea (the days are still beautiful in December), and having your Christmas meal under a starry sky. It's a unique experience, and you will undoubtedly enjoy the beauty of the landscapes and the special lights of this period.

What are the projections for the years to come?
We want to continue increasing customer satisfaction by adapting to their expectations. We also aim to gradually reduce our ecological impact through ecological solutions: waste management, llamas that are our ecological lawnmowers, ecological constructions, enhancing the biodiversity of the site, etc. And finally, we want to attract more and more clients from all backgrounds throughout the year. Corsica is beautiful all year round, and the possibilities are endless!
Last year, Domaine de Riva Bella obtained the European Ecolabel for our environmental and social initiatives, and we are members of the Ecotourism network in Eastern Corsica, so we must constantly question ourselves, establish action plans for increasingly optimized management, and ensure respect for the environment around us. We are one of the first holiday villages to have installed geothermal energy, and we want to continue in this spirit of sustainable development for the structure.
We also aim to improve our quality of welcome and customer relations through training with Camping Quality. Customer habits and needs change, so we adapt :)
